Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These terms govern your use of The Rebuild Planner (the "Service"), operated by 30 Something Creative, Brighton, England. By purchasing access or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

The Rebuild Planner is a private digital planner designed for personal use by women navigating major life transitions, including separation and divorce. When you purchase The Rebuild Planner through our checkout, you receive lifetime access to the Service for a one-off payment — this is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing. Access is granted via a unique access code, as described in Section 4 below. Your licence is a single-user personal licence, is non-transferable, and may not be shared with, or sub-licensed to, any other person.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and use the Service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles all payment processing, card details, applicable sales tax or VAT, invoicing and receipts. We never receive or store your card information. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Your access code and account

After your payment is confirmed by Paddle, we automatically generate a unique access code (for example, REBUILD-A1B2C3-D4E5F6) and display it on your confirmation screen, and you will also receive it in your email receipt from Paddle. In some circumstances — for example promotions, gifts, or pre-launch waitlist access — we may issue you an access code directly rather than through an automated checkout.

Enter your code at the unlock page to redeem it and create your account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your access code and account credentials secure.
  • All activity that takes place using your access.
  • Ensuring that no other person uses your access code or account.

If you believe your access has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@lifeafter30.co.uk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, gift, or sub-licence your access code or account to any other person.
  • Attempt to copy, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Upload, submit, or transmit anything that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual property

All content within The Rebuild Planner, including but not limited to design, text, features, journal prompts, goal frameworks, and the cycle tracking methodology, is the intellectual property of 30 Something Creative, and is protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership over this content.

7. Not medical, legal, or financial advice

The following features are tools for personal reflection and organisation only:

  • The cycle tracker, perimenopause mode, and any hormone or wellbeing features are for personal awareness and are not medical advice, contraception, a fertility planning tool, or a diagnostic tool of any kind.
  • The separation admin, legal checklist, or any document organisation sections are organisational aids only and do not constitute legal advice.
  • The budget tracker and savings pots are personal finance organisers and are not financial advice.

Always seek advice from a qualified medical professional, solicitor, or independent financial adviser for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Your data

Your account and planner data is stored in our encrypted cloud database so it is available to you across devices when you sign in. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR Compliance Statement for full details of how we handle your personal data.

9. Refunds

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's buyer protection policy.

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with The Rebuild Planner, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, or email us at hello@lifeafter30.co.uk and we will help you submit your request.
  • Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
  • In the event of a technical fault or error on our part that prevents you from accessing the Service, we will work with you to resolve the issue or, where resolution is not possible, issue an appropriate remedy.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep The Rebuild Planner available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the Service offline temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or improvements. We will try to give advance notice where possible. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email where we hold your address.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of earnings, or emotional distress.
  • Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from More → My account. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, including but not limited to sharing or reselling access codes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify existing customers by email. Continued use of the Service after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this document shows when the terms were last revised.
