2. How The Rebuild Planner stores data

The Rebuild Planner uses the minimum number of cookies and similar technologies needed to run the service. Your account and planner data is held in our encrypted cloud database, not on your device.

3. Essential / functional (no consent required)

• Authentication tokens (local storage): used to keep you signed in across page loads. Clearing them signs you out — your saved data is held in our database, so signing back in restores everything.
• Theme preference (local storage): remembers your light/dark theme choice.
• Hosting / backend session cookies: our hosting and backend providers may set short-lived session cookies for security and load balancing. These are strictly necessary for the service to function.

4. Third-party cookies

• Paddle — during checkout, Paddle may set cookies on their own domain to process your payment, prevent fraud, and remember your checkout session. See Paddle's Cookie Policy.
• MailerLite — if you join our waitlist, subscribe, or click links in our email campaigns, MailerLite may set cookies or track link clicks via redirects, subject to MailerLite's privacy and cookie policy.

5. Analytics and advertising cookies (consent required)

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — helps us measure ad performance and understand which visitors become customers, and may be used to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. 6. What we do not use

• Any cross-site tracking or advertising tools beyond the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tools listed in section 5.

7. Your cookie choices

You can control and delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies or clearing browser storage will sign you out, but your saved planner data is held in our database and will be restored when you sign back in.

We may update this policy as we add new features or third-party tools. If we ever add optional analytics or any non-essential tracking, we will update this page and ask for your consent before using them.
